under the stars poised along the scenic Ohio River is the
setting for the acclaimed second annual Newburgh Wine and
Art Festival, People’s Choice Wine Tasting Soiree
“Grapes on the Grass.”
Come join us the evening of Friday, May 18, 2007 from 7 – 9
p.m. at the Old Lock and Dam Park, Newburgh, Indiana. This
21 and over event is a must for all epicurious and
wine aficionados from novice to connoisseur. Sample, taste
and judge your favorite wines and delight in savory gourmet
cuisine. This intimate culinary evening is reserved for the
first 120 tickets sold at $40.00 each. Designated drivers

2007 NEWBURGH WINE & ARTS
FESTIVAL
Following this elegant
evening, Historic Newburgh Inc.(HNI) is proud and pleased to
announce the second annual Newburgh Wine and Art Festival on
Saturday, May 19, 2007 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This
exciting and fun outdoor event is rain or shine under the
protection of tents. Admission is $5.00 per person for
those 21 and over. Vintners from around the state will
showcase their award winning wines and you will be able to
sample and purchase your favorite selections. Complimentary
wine classes will be scheduled throughout the day for
additional knowledge and in depth information. Great food
will be available to sample and pair with your choice
wines. To complete the magic, sensational live music will
fill the air and define this perfect day.
Free to the general public is
the spectacular art portion of the festival.
Highlights of talented artists from around the region will
displays original and quality works of art. You are
invited to review the art booths, talk with the artist and
purchase unique works of art. Food and concessions
will be available in the artist portion of the park so spend
the day enjoying the fabulous art along the scenic Ohio
