SECTION III
Section III will run from Angel Mounds, where a trailhead will be created
at the parking lot, to Pollack Avenue then along SR 662 to the western
edge of Newburgh where it will follow a utility easement across Phelps
Drive to Yorkshire Drive along the abandoned railroad bed across the
"Great Ravine" where one of the two historic bridges will be used.
Then the trail follows the sanitary station public access drive to Water Street and then we move to SECTION II
